  Went in to have my 2013 Ford Edge's rotor's turned. Was helped by the actual manager (not assistant). I set them on the counter, let him know I would like to turn them, he quipped his finger across it, looked closely while squinting his eyes and said "nope, they can't be turn. See that (points at area on the rotor that has been touched by the pads), those are hard spots. If I turned'em, you'd be right back in here in 1,000 miles. Need new ones." Then looked up my rotors and told me $53. No measuring. Nothing. Went to another location, showed them, a guy measured them all around and said "yea we'll do em". Then I let them know of my experience. Several other employees looked at my rotors and agreed that they were turnable. They called this location right in front of me and let them know they were perfectly turnable. If you are close to this location, go the extra mile to go to the Bedford or Colleyville location. They're straight shooters.
